Con-Sabor-Cubano, Dance & Fitness is dedicated to bringing quality and affordable dance & fitness instruction to El Sobrante, CA. There has never been an actual fitness dance studio, where these people can expand their knowledge of dance, fitness and enjoy being with other people of like interests. It is our plan to incorporate the existing dance community into our studio to begin with a strong base of supporters. From there we are able to spread the word that dance fitness is a fun and exciting way to spend time. There are many benefits to dance fitness that attract people from many backgrounds and interests.
Scope of Services
Con-Sabor-Cubano, Dance & Fitness is dedicated to bring the fun and challenge of dancing and fitness to our community in an affordable way. We offer private, individual and group dance fitness classes, for social through competitive all fitness levels and dancers. Con-Sabor-Cubano offer its students a variety of dance fitness choices. By offering them several options, we can best serve their individual needs and remain mindful of financial limitations.
Classes are offered at every level, from basic beginner through advanced. In addition, specialty classes are offered for children and teens.
Offer students the best value for their investment. With a private lesson, students work one-on-one with an instructor, receiving personalized instruction and immediate correction. By experiencing the physical sensation of connected movement, the student is able to confidently replicate that movement in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience to other partners. In learning the best methods, one-on-one, both beginning and advanced students will find they progress faster and more easily, as they enjoy the sensation of partner dancing.
We are here to strengthen your mind, your body and your soul. We have soul, you have soul. Beauty is shown through the art of dance and music. We want to share our passion by teaching dance & fitness classes to our community with people who enjoy dancing. We will teach you, we dance with you. We listen to Timba, Rumba and Afro-Cuban and Zumba Fitness, we feel the music in our hearts. We want you to feel it too. Our Fitness Philosophy, is to provide you the most effective way to improve fitness performance no matter if your goal is increased strength, increased endurance, better overall cardio-vascular fitness, and to gradually increase either the total workload or the level of intensity, consistently over time. The real key to any fitness program is consistency, consistency, consistency, and of course a little hard work and discipline.

Meet Willa Willis Jacobs, Certified Zumba Dance Instructor
We are excited to have her become part our talented Dance & Fitness Instructors. She is a dancer and Licensed Zumba instructor.
Starting this coming Wednesday, October 1st at 7:30pm-8:30pm
If you want to sweat, have fun, burn calories, get "yo" groove on, this class is a must. We hope to see you there :)
